Dear Members,

This is for your kind information

If you are searching job as an HBT or Inhouse, you view MT forum as many employer post their advt in MT forum and MT forum has become more popular in a very short period and got good response from employer and job seekers.

But from last few months it is observed each and every Advertise of Big and small companies get the comments which is spoiling the reputation of the companies.

The staffs who work with Companies as HBTs and Inhouse dont have any issue with Companies and they never come up with comments.

But rest of the people who has made this Forum as a Home Town is only interested in commenting, welcomes to strong debate and whoever dont reply they challenge them to come on ground of MT Forum and start the battle.

In this way dont you feel it has become battle field of enemies ????????????? 

One advertise is placed and below 3 to 4 persons comments and criticize, even when all the rules are followed by employer. They cross their limits and some of them are interested only in poking nose that is none of their Business.

Dear Employers and Job seekers I want to ask you some Questions

Is this field has become so much worst and HBTs and MTs are made to work hard and hard without paying them?

Not a single Company or Single employee is 100% good but  this forum members don't have the sense of grades

Cant they get grade instead of pulling each other legs.

Mr. Admin: Who gave them right to say fraudster to any company without any parameters. Even after fraudster list is given as Joota Maro. Moderator and Admin what is your role?????????? kindly go through each and every advt it is criticized not a single Advt is without comment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Companies want to run its business and bring more and more business and want to expand so often the advertise are published, people also dont want that company to repeat the adverise why so????????????????????????????

One group in MT forum  joined and they criticize one after one by row against one Advertise. Now I am feeling the Forum has become Debate room more then getting candidates,  any one who is interested in debate those can only publish the advertise.

Now you all just observe the group of MT forum will critisize this, one by one and you will come to know their IDs that they have lot of energy to waste in here without any productive thought.

Now yourself you will realize which is that group and which IDs are involved

Hello Members,

I strongly agree with what Blue Matrix has said above.  Some genuine employers are being screwed and exploited here by some set of people which should be restricted by admin.  That's is the main reason for me not sharing the full details in the forum and not to spoil the reputation of our company - only on behalf of genuine companies, not all included.

Candidates leaving or joining a company shall have their own whole lot of official or personal reasons (including payment which is one among them only but so important).  JUST cannot justify these commenters raising questions against employers that all are leaving only for SAME reason (non-payment or easy files, etc.) - NO, it can't be true...  Also, please understand that there is no compulsion that the employers (or anyone) should disclose their every details to every one - no, it can happen only according to their own wish - should not blame them for not giving you every single detail of their business.

In between, yes I agree there is a lot of manipulation in many big companies and favoritism to some people alone and bargained for various illicit wishes and making sin to hard workers....

Regarding payment delays in genuine companies, yes, they could only pay resources only after the date they get payment from their clients, isn't it, otherwise, how could they manage.  Of course, sometimes they delay payment to next month to hold you people into production, because we have seen many people just vanishing on the payment date without thinking how the production will affect.... who will answer and be responsible to client's pressure to run the ongoing production.... please tell...  I may be wrong in this - not supporting every company regarding payment delays.....  they should release payment soon if they could afford to pay on time....

Of course, a forum should be let free to be commented as they wish, but should everybody be rudely handled like in custody and harshly criticized and a mannerism of opposing the true existing facts also should be accepted from some fellow members?  It is happening like that only here.  Some people who are not willing to show their identities are simply pulling others legs and wanted to simply make scene here.  Do they think they are the rescuers of all MTs.  No, they themselves does not have that elegant state and using very abusive and vulgar words repeatedly without being ashamed of.... that people are only watching them, see how he is talking in a group, alas, thank God, at least we are in good hands now, thank you God for not making these people as our employers.....

Please don't fall into a conclusion and deluded that all people around us are only bad people.......   I don't know whether you people believe it or not, but I believe, God or nature will watch and take care of everything.  Every action has an equal and opposite reaction; everything will be returned to you.  If you do good to others, others will do good to you.  If you do bad to others, you get only what you have given to others...  Life is long... Fraudsters will dig a hole to themselves.. you need not worry.... but please always be attentive and cautious to fakers and keep yourself protected....

For that matter, my suggestion (not advice - you can continue to act on your own instincts) to all forum members would be, you as an associate MT, you the pillars of our industry, you all have the rights to ask the details, but don't use informal language to our own people and talk about race, gender, etc.... and don't hurt others because you are hurt or depressed because of our industry situations - PLEASE DON'T RUDELY TREAT EVERYBODY AS SAME....  You can always ask them in person, call them, or ask them to call you as they tell in their posts, and get your desired details and then if you identify anything wrong, then you share in the forum (only if it is genuine) to alert others, but please do it in a polite way...  After all, If you don't consider it to be genuine, then just ignore... ALL people, just ignore that post and move on....  SILENCE is the best killer for the fraudsters..........

As you all know, quarreling will not mend matters.... make it silent or polite to ask for your right details... if you are not getting your requirement, leave them unnoticed.... SILENCE is the best weapon..........

Sorry members, if I am anywhere wrong or would hurt anybody, because I promise I really doesn't mean to hurt anyone here, if so, please forgive me... I respect all MTs concerns as quality MTs are not getting recognized fully, instead employers or clients should come forward and understand the MTs work issues, their financial needs, their dedication towards their work, and so their efforts should be definitely appraised and they should be mutually benefited.

I just wanted to share with you my thoughts... that's it... even if you want to continue criticizing this post also.... I REALLY DON'T CARE ABOUT IT, because I will always remain myself and be happy, but maybe this shall become my last post in this forum.........  Thank you all... Thank you Admin for keeping all MTs ALIVE and making us talk together even though we are from different places - keeping us UNITED...... GOOD LUCK TO ALL..... Shy

Dear Ms. Varsha,

I am asking frequently that what is the target lines per month for getting 40k and 60k according to your posts, but you never bother to answer and keep on answering and defending your company. If your are not interested to give answer ignore all questions, but your are not answering my question and answering all unnecessary questions and waiting to people comment on your add. If you are really interested to pay that much you would have answer my question before answering all this. Please be prompt on your part. I hope this time you will give answer (clearly by not hiding anything).

A year back there used to be no comments for your posts like this.  Please remember this.  Now also new IDs are advertising and there are no replies to them.  Only after some time, MTs are commenting about them for their repeated advertisements.

Both Kaviraj and Blue Matrix are the fish from the same pond and Mr. Kaviraj is one step ahead of Ms. Varsha in terms of integrity.. you can see Kaviraj's post in the previous post where he is acting like an agent from MI 15 or KGB who is not ready to reveal his boss' name even if a gun were put on his head. He is asking MTs to secretly contact him on phone to know his company's name.. What is the reason.....is he ashamed of his company or is his company is so notorious that it is ashamed to reveal its name. We already have a post from juta maro where he tells us how the cheat companies changed names and solicit MTs through deception. and this can be corroborated from the old posts where MTs have openly named the company and individuals of cheating them and then changing their names and soliciting in MT forum .. and I think this is one of them. I found his post so amusing that I felt like getting his phone number and let him know what I really thought of him.

Anyway.. Ms. Varsha the problem with your company is the pathetic pay and your late payment.  If you would have kept your eyes open instead of hammering the MT forum with your company's posts, you would have seen that a few companies have raised the pay while your company is still stuck with the "pre 1947" mindset.  A few weeks before we has a "glorious" company called IMD data which was promising to shake up the MT industry by paying an astronomic amount... but when questioned by the members of MT forum, the real rot came out...and in fact they were nailed by their own employees... and you are directed to see their thread about how the web of deception was woven. 

Ms. Varsha, even if your were Queen Elizabeth or Margaret Thatcher, i would like to get this into your head that we members are the assets of MT Forum and the gems of this industry and you can see the power of democracy when you see how the IMD company got busted in this forum itself. In fact we have every right to protect our community from croony capitalist who think that they are the Lords of this industry and can enforce their monopoly on this industry.

So instead of wagging your finger and trying to threaten us like a school teacher, you first retrospect on the antiquity of your company and jokes you post in the name of payment to the MTs and it is clear that you are not going anywhere productively when we see the thread of your post..

Regarding the "sense of grade" that you commented on, I think it is a gross insult to the MT community and from this we know how much an MT is worth in your company.

Anyway..last but not the least.. this is a world of globalization and liberalization and just because you act like a dominant aggressive individual will not raise your company's worth in this forum.. it is all about money and the MTs talent goes to the highest bidder.. after all wont you yourself quit your glorious company if you were offered a few thousands more in another company... then why all this waste of time threatening us.

One more thing... do not threaten the administrator or tell him what to do because he knows his job and that is why MT forum has prospered and flourished. FYI.. Ms. Varsha you are one of the lowest paying company who is repeatedly posting on this forum. If you would have noticed, the company who posted decent salary came silently, got their people, and left silently..but the arguments arise when the companies like you do not put their full information and keep on changing the facts.

See the above, it is clearly mentioned and filled in the template, if you do 1150 LPD and 30,000 LPM rates as mentioned above is 2.10 then you calculate and see it goes above 60K .

Please don't make any issues on this now

First of all accept my salutations for heating this thread.

Some facts of Blue Matrix, one QA by name Sunil Nair was employed at Mira Road office he left because payment received on 27th of the month.

BlueMatrix have no direct account:

1. One unit in Mira Road is doing NUANCE ACCOUNT, ESCRIPTION and Beyond Text.

2. Second unit in Thane is doing MMODAL account,

This is the fact which their employee QA has told me.

They say when they receive money from Mmodal and Nuance then only they will pay.

Now Ms. Varsha I would like to ask you like a HARPER you are harping from Nashik, what you have to say on this ground.

Why you want to comment on repeated Advertise ?????Let them post!!!!!!! Admin has no objection on this why you people have objection???

If the employer dont get the right candidates in one Advertise then let them advertise to get the right candidates

Why you want to think in different way for posting repeated Advertise, I have viewed that you make other viewers not to apply and think repeated advertise are due to not getting candidates .

I want to clear the point we get the candidates in one Advertise but if we dont get right candidates we have to repeat advertise.

You people think that MT forum is your own property and their are no values for Employers.

Why dont you all who criticize dont open a Company where in you pay in Dollars to Indian HBTs and Inhouse so that all Company's who you criticize will close down forever, and you people will rule forever.

You people have objection for my opening for females also and unnecessary created issue on it.

Mr. Pepzy wants every time direct reply as if he is alone smart fellow on this earth.

I kept silent for each reply and still you people have objection and want me to reply and if I started replying politely, you people want me to reply directly and now you made a battle field of this forum.

If this criticizing wont stop people will stop viewing this forum one day.

One thing I want to mention again we have built and grown up without MT forum  and working very much smoothly.

MT forum existed now and even after your criticism my Company will not collapse we do have strong foundation and also take a note that due to your fear I am not going to stop my Advertise on this forum.

Absolutely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  the above comment, what ever the Location is mentioned is right and whatever the Accounts you have mentioned is absolutely wrong.

Mr. Sunil Nair has left the job for receiving the payment on 27th of subsequent month fine the reason is quite clear.

We do payment when the client pay us this is absolutely right and this is natural.

We have to disburse the salary for all three units staffs and also HBTs that goes above 10+Lakh which is hardly impossible to pay from one's pocket and manage for every month so we pay on 27th but it is 100% paid.

Its simple,whoever dont agree the above payment date they leave or they dont join and we can't keep a whip in our hand and make them compulsory work for us , the world is big they had other choices so they are free to move on.

Rest others are ok with this instead of going to some other fraudster company they feel far better to stay with us if ever the salary is delayed the company is good and maintains its dignity.

Not only Nashik Unit all other two Units staffs are really good and doing excellent job with us and has accepted the fact.

Now you got the reply and now stop criticizing.
