We are looking for Dedicated HBTs who have prior experience on Escription Platform. We offering best payouts with multiple Shifts, Morning and Night (Rs. 1.20/Line for Night and Rs. 1.10/Line in Morning).

Following are the details:

01. Account/Work Type: Online/VRE
02. Platform: eScription
03. One MT+Edit (upload) line will be counted as 2 lines, AFTER DSP.
04. Eligibility: 3+ Years of prior MT experience in reputed firms.
05. To get DSP 2000 lines should be completed with 99% Accuracy.
06. Non-DSP Rate will be 0.80 INR Per Line
07. Shift hours, as scheduled, to be promptly followed.
08. One weekly off & one monthly Leave will be provided. HBT should inform us prior to availing them.  
09. Accuracy level - 99%
10. All payments will be transferred before 10th of every month
11. TDS of 1% will be deducted from monthly payout.
12. Following is the payout Structure:

25001+ LPM (from 1st line onward) 1.20(Night) & 1.10(Morning) INR Per Line
25000   LPM (from 1st line onward) 1.15(Night) & 1.05(Morning) INR Per Line
20000   LPM (from 1st line onward) 1.10(Night) & 1.00(Morning) INR Per Line

this is totally not accepted Suresh S. ... how can you post such a baseless Comment.. not to trust sub-vendors. Give me details of one person who worked for us and didnt got paid. That's right we are associated with Nuance vendors with whom applicants will be employed. Its been long time we are working with these vendors and not a single user can blame us or vendor for non payment.

MT Forum is a very big plaform, so before uploading such comments about anybody ...please think twice. I personally dont appreciate these kind of comments. Please guys stop following these kind of baseless comments, these people only want to have some kind of attention that's it.

I can give you n number of proofs who are associated with us and are being paid before time. We offering best payouts in market... not sure why this guy Suresh has problems...

Really distressing to see comments made without using common sense.

For example Dominos Pizza is the propriety of Jubiliant Foods and it has allowed franchises all over India.. Does that mean these franchises are cheating the people or does that mean that every person who wishes to eat pizza should go to the godown of Jubiliant foods to eat as he cannot trust the franchises.  This is really illogical crap

applying the same logic... Nuance is the world's #1 services company in this field and it handles lakhs of lines per day, which they do not have the resources to handle themselves.  Therefore, they employ vendors who do the business for them.  In fact the Escription platform is the sole propriety of Nuance which they have bought out. So every Escription work is that of Nuance and nobody else. Now, each vendor may have different protocols for running the business.. . some vendors pay more where they forego their profit margins from the rate per line offered by Nuance and some vendors decided to keep more profits and thus pay less rate per line to their HBTs.  This is no way makes Nuance or the vendors a subject of suspicion.  It is up to you to select the vendor who offers a better rate with timely payment.  Making such illogical and baseless comments is like a kindergarten student talking about rocket science.

Hahahaha ....again Base less comments without any proof, what are you upto ....please give the list of peoples who worked with us and never got paid ... as you said we are not trust worthy...SO PLEASE PROVE IT... or you don't even recall why this conversation started. Mr. Suresh S. ...to help, you blamed Shimo IT Services and told everybody that it's not a trust worthy company to work with.

You should never defame any company's/individual's image by your baseless comments. And if you do so then have the gutts to prove it ..please.

As I mentioned earlier ...we can provide n number of proofs to prove that our MTs/QAs are being paid on/before time , accurately, It's not about KG or rocket science... its Very simple ...if you say something then you must have proofs of them same ..else My dear friend you could be in a trouble some day for these kind of activities.

Again I personally would like to request you to tell whats the base of your comments where you said we are not trustworthy. NOW PLEASE PROVE IT SURESH S.
