Blue Matrix brings in business and maintains the infrastructure, gives A/C and sound proof environment along with all comfort level to MTs and QA's, all the necessary eatables are provided on their desk itself.  Additionally, we are planning to courier necessary eatables to HBTs as well.
 
We don't need to prove that we are genuine as we are posting Advt since longer period.
 
Putting wrong comments don't make the truth untruth and thus right comments don't make the untruth truth..
 
Many joined with us and many left us and still many are eager to join and many are eager to leave, but they all are getting handsome salary here in Blue Matrix.  The proof is we run all 3 units successfully without any hindrance.
 
Our employees are quite satisfied and they don't need to make any referrals and waste their time as it has been observed that this forum has only lot of jobless people..
 
The staffs who leave are asked to come and collect their last salary as per Company's norms, we call them and ask to collect cheque all the management level are very soft spoken and has decent approach.
 
Finally, we are planning to open our fourth unit and thus harbor the thought that our payment is late but we pay.

If you have guts and you are thinking that you are smarter person in this Universe then why dont you open your own Company ?and give all the facilities mentioned above, kindly run it for 6 months and see.

Only observations and sending comments by comments is very easy

I can definitely say that your Company will close down in 6 months period and your staffs instead of feeling proud will hang themselves thinking why they have joined you.

It's as preposterous as me asking you "why don't you shutdown Blue Matrix??"  Applying the logic of Blue Matrix, if a citizen observes and raises questions against government, then will he be asked to become Chief Minister or Prime Minister to prove himself?
 
Whatever mentioned above as facilities, aren't they basic amenities or is it something special one can get only at Blue Matrix..  In regard to comfort level mentioned above, who knows maybe Blue Matrix sends masseuses to MTs and QAs places..  Since the above doesn't apply to HBTs, are you paying anything more to HBTs than in-house employees?

Anyway, limit your prophecy to Blue Matrix..  Maybe you can help your employees by predicting on which date they will be receiving their salary every month..
