A nice try and a brilliant observation that this forum is full of jobless people.. I don't have the statistics that you have with me..

You chose to pose an indirect threat that this forum be made employer friendly rather than applying it to yourself making Blue Matrix employee friendly..

If you are boasting you have 100+ employees and many of them making 40k+, what is the need for you to defend yourself and not a single employee of Blue Matrix has jumped in here on your behalf..

You could have answered simple questions raised here directly and put an end to it immediately.. If you couldn't, at least you could have justified yourself by providing your reasons..

Earlier I never replied and I ignored Ok,  but day by day if they are commenting on my each and every Advt stiil you want me to keep mum and dont defend on the words of malpractice and rude management

My employees are quite satisfied and they dont need to visit  forum and waste their time in comments solving.

How you can use the word malpractise!!!!!!!! without knowing the Company's History.  Only you are aware of Mahim Branch and each and every time digging the same pit of Mahim Unit.   Mahim Unit which has been closed and shifted to new loaction at Mira Road

You are repeatedly talking about Mahim staffs who have left in your all arguments.

Some names which you have mentioned left the work .  Fine they left !!!

What ever reason you have mentioned is pathetic.

This is "Company" and staffs join and leave and New joinees join leaving their old companies. It is as per their  convenience and their comfort. 

I earlier also replied they must have left as we were changing our location to Mira road and they dont want to transfer to new location due to traveling  issue, that's it!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont need to prove that we are genuine,  if one unit is closed we opened two new Units with good staffs this is the fact and readers will definitely understand if the Company shut down due to its malpractise then would have no guts to run a businees in Mumbai.

But we did it and still running successfully with all good and excellent staffs in both units at Mumbai and Head office in Nashik altogether 3 Units

If we would have malpractise then why so many staffs joined Mira Road and that too we opened another one Unit at Thane too where in we have all good and excellent staffs and still work with Unity and lot of cooperation.

Many of the HBTs who work with us are very happy with the seniors polite communication along with their service and dedication towards work and their job.

Again one example which is the fact I am working from last 8 + years and dint observed any malpractice in my tenure.

Only putting wrong comments dont make the truth untruth.

I dont understand Mr. Dodecon that who are you!!!!!!!!!!!!! and still living in 2010.

Mr. This is 2015 and we are entering in 2016 after one month please open your eyes from your sleep and see what is in present dont only break your head with 2010.
