I heard it is 0.70 ps per line for editing!!!!

It is just not 70 paise alone, but more funny side features.......

Some of the QAs in this company will not work on some MT files like (MTs - Anthony, Philip and his bunch of goats) who refuse to listen to QAs nor are QAs given access to these MTs (denied by TL) with only 30% productivity.  the QAs have to retype the MT file missing TAT and yet these MTs will do as they like ignoring client instructions, wrong templates, wrong additions of macros, it is hell to work on these MT files and majority of QAs dont want to work on these files and that too psychiatric.  Then, you will get minus 6 to 8 hours TAT files in bunch (say about 10) and then suddenly HR pops up with a message that these files are needed now by the client giving QA no time to work with.  Some QAs dont want psychiatric files.  So partiality and then deductions are quite often, in beginning for 1 to 2 months it is zero deductions but then deductions starts.  At the end of the day, you will be asked why you not reached the target?  Given these clumpsy MT files, you will be ignored.  Then comes the cut of salary.  So dont fall for this lucrative offer.  

Deductions is a positive.  Even QA team production leader does not want these kinds of files.  So they will push it to a new QA who will bear the brunt of all kinds of things.  Ask preti Stephen, ask Sumeda (HR), ask Javed (TL who will deny access to these useless MTs).  One QA by SK will not take psych files, only derm files.....knowing very well that the files are not good.  Even priti leaves blanks...ask her , but will criticize you.    They recruit MTs who are not fit to be in this industry....poor english and wonder how they recruit them.....local education inducted to the company just to finish somehow or other at expense of others.....

This company is not worth to work with.   Not sure who can survive in this company except few favoritism ones who are well paid.  For QAs to work, MTs must give 90 to 95%, which this company has not set up the standard.....IF these bunch of goats are there, then new QA will not survive for long.....

stay away from this company if you want to prosper.

Few clients were lost and expect more to go if this trend goes.......
