As an MT professional having worked in different platforms and companies, I understand the quality and quantity requirement and ethical values etc.  As you rightly mentioned about the stagnant rates, there seems to an unending problem for MTs and as well as companies that no one-for-all rule works out.  It is perfectly okay to expect accuracy above 99% and most of the time, a quality professional delivers that.  However, there are situations, like bad authors, short jobs, etc., which you are very much aware, that need rational approach.  Also the fact that the Nuance Audit is not very transparent (We all know, Nuance assigns irresponsible QCs (often) not even aware of client specifics, looking to find anything et al for the sake of marking errors, etc.)  If we can sort out these issues, I have a team of highly accomplished MT professionals comprising of confident members "If ABC can do it, we can do it as well" kind of confidence and skill sets) and we are interested to talk to you.
