It is because of the easy files going to certain people only the majority of the problems arises. The company should take stringent actions in regard to this. I know a company where a person is earning 60000 per month by doing only easy files, if even moderate tough dictation is given to him, his DSP is lost. thus is the faith of our MTs. we complained management multiple times, but to deaf ears...some are blood sucked and others are happy.
