This is probably one of the best offers I have seen in a very long time. But I am curious. I am very sure the salary offered is not that simple to attain.
Would you please enlighten us, apart from the accuracy desired, what exactly one is expected to do to earn such a salary?
"Payroll for in-house staff (Indore)...does this mean your offer of approx pay of Rs.64,400 is only for in-house employees? In fact it is too good to be true. The salary offered is monthly and not yearly? Please pardon me, I am dumb.
So what are you offering for hbts? You have not mentioned what hbts can expect.
Secondly to justify that salary, what is expected from hbt Qcs? Target workload in terms of minutes or whatever? Specialty? Deductions?
Your offer is good but common sense says there has to be a catch to it. As the dollar is going up, the rates offered to MTs is going down, so predictably there would a weariness in accepting such an offer unless everything is crystal clear.
Mind elaborating so everyone knows what is expected and what can be expected? It would be appreciated.
