Hello.

My husband and I are both 51 years of age.

We are both jobless and as such we are wondering if we could get jobs and try to salvage some sort of career at our age, in the field of medical transcription.

Can you please guide us and help us?

You are advertising your age as if it is some sort of plus point.  If you haven't had formal MT training, then what benefit will you derive from asking people for work.  MT is not something you can simply do because you are jobless and married and 51 years of age.
