If you do not meet required quality and linecount, you will end up with just basic pay, nothing else, i.e no line count incentives, no quality incentives. I know people working there just got basic pay (QC 18, 000 to 22, 500) after doing 30000 lines. because of losing on post audit score. Please specify in details how much LINE ONE INCENTIVE and NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE that u mentioned like this:
Rs. 100 per day will be paid for all shifts except day shift + from line one incentives + night shift line account allowance.
It would be more easier for us to decide.............
