I am working for Transcend Chennai on eGemStar platform.

Quality of the files is not as good as eScription and you can hardly do 600 lines a day. So, you will not reach even the target of least level MLS1, which will give you only approx 12.5k/month (morning shift). I used to do at least 1k lines easily in my previous company within the 8-hour shift. There is no online support for HBTs if you get some doubt.

I got some discrepancy in salary and have been following it for the last two weeks to get it resolved. Response is not at all good and they are behaving like they are in a govt. department saying some other department is responsible for that.

If you are working for Nuance..a lot of time you need to spend on various things like attendance, mails, training, checking errors and giving feedback, blah..blah..blah., which is a time consuming process.

These people are just recruiting for the heavy incentives they get. Don't fall for that.

The person giving this ad is an employee doing this for referral...and not the HR or company itself... please be careful...someone is making you a scapegoat for their own undue benefit at your cost...

What is there in taking referral bonus when company is asking their employees to bring people into organization, there is hell lot of work available with Nuance and it is up to people who can take up the challenge of working with a company which is providing office based, home based, and ITP. Guys, it is good in terms of earnings, no company is paying good now a days, everything is on linecount basis as US hospitals/clinics pay per line only.  Go for Nuance/Transcend (maybe I don't know other platforms, but Dictaphone and Escription are good to get more lines productivity per hour), just need to maintain accuracy standards of Nuance, i.e. again 98+, 1% lessened due to lack of manpower now a days . 

Just commenting someone does not make sense, what if you get the same bonus from your company that you are presently working for, is anybody commenting on you?  Take up Nuance work and you can earn Rs.50,000 plus including all allowances viz, night-shift, DSP bonus, line-one incentives etc. There are some accounts where there will be 24x7 workflow, it is all your luck if you are placed into such kind of accounts.

Mr. Govardhan is doing favor to company, job seekers, and ultimately for himself also. He is referring each and every guy with some special attention, please don't comment on him, I'm not a friend of him, but I am seeing his patience and following the same thread since many years.
