Please think twice before joining this company as there is a policy of the company to restrict the payment of HBT below 15,000 regardless the efforts and hard work you put. They will manage to maintain your earning so low by applying deductions of unrealistic means.
I have gone through this pain and let you be aware.
This is a nuance trap, be aware, help yourself.
