Hi Respected Mam/Sir,
But other vendors are paying full rates if quality of any file goes less than 98%...What companies make is putting a dsp into a non-dsp rates if his or her quality is not 99% for the consecutive three months.
What if you favor some other MTs if they reject the jobs? and still not penalized? Instead allot the tough jobs equally so that there is no rejection so that everybody is happy. If the job is tough enough, they can try their maximum and put in the second level if they cannot make it. One day those being constantly put, would go directly also. These are suggestions sir for betterment of our community.
