Please specify in details how much LINE ONE INCENTIVE and NIGHT SHIFT ALLOWANCE that u mentioned like this:

Rs. 100 per day will be paid for all shifts except day shift + from line one incentives + night shift line account allowance.

It would be more easier for us to decide.............

Do not be fooled by this offer.  We cannot decided what linecount we want do. All of us irrespective of grade have to compulsorily do 1200 lines for MLS and 1300 for QC.  If you do not meet required quality and linecount, you will end up with just basic pay, nothing else, i.e no  line count incentives, no quality incentives.  I know people working there just got basic pay (QC 18, 000 to 22, 500) after doing 30000 lines.   because of losing on post audit score.  Note:  Post audit is a tool used by companies to manipulate and very effectively used in NTS.

1. Full Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--9-hrs shift....9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. (10 p.m. to 6 a.m.....these 8 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

2. Early Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2 hrs shift...6 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (10 p.m. to 2:30 a.m..these 4:30 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).  

3. Late Ngt Shift-Rs. 100 per day--8 weekly offs--9-hrs shift...12:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (12 a.m. to 6 a.m...these 6 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

4. Early 1st Shift-Rs. 100 per day--7 weekly offs--8-1/2-hrs shift...4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (4 a.m. to 6 a.m...these 2 hrs lines will get night shift line count allowance excluding from line one incentives).

5. Day Shift-------6 weekly offs--8-hrs shift.....6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
