Your Comment itself identifies the difference between Male and Female. Whether I am paying more to women! and that is not the case!

Women have more responsibility than men as they have to take care of family in any condition, still they desire to work and earn something than nothing.

The Advt is for those wonder women who are very expert in their field but due to family and small children could not focus on their carrier and  suppress their feelings such women if they are happy with some earnings and simultaneously can take care of family members what is wrong in doing so?

I specially welcome such women and doors are open to them for Blue Matrix.

In this Forum all Males are doing wrong comments on my Advt. I really feel very pity on them as they will never understand Women's honesty, sincere approach, dedication towards job and and also towards family.

I am publishing my Advt repeatedly, for that also Male Members have commented wrong, well experienced
Members of MT Industry had replied. I really appreciate their reply

Repeatedly publishing the Advt is not the crime.

I am very much thankful to MT forum's well experienced members where in they have replied to the comment and expressed their desire.

I am also one of them and I also have right to express my desire. 

My purpose for the above statements doesn't mean that I look down for Men.

Male's also play a very important role on this earth. I too appreciate and has due respect for them, but this Advt is for female's who are entangled in family responsibility and looking forward for simple job where in they can also feel that they are in touch with their job.

If I have commented anything wrong kindly forgive me.

As per the feedback we received from this forum and people who have worked with you, you people pay remunerations quite late i.e. after 20th of every month.

you have psychiatry accounts, where all the cherries are kept with you, and remnants are thrown at HBT.

This has been mentioned by MTs who worked with you at your MAHIM AND MIRA ROAD office previously.

Yes the payment is late but we communicate with HBTs before hand regarding payment date we don't keep them in dark, if they are comfortable then only I proceed further.

We do have Psychiatric accounts and our Inhouse staffs are quite stable and reliable.

HBTs takes time to join and we cant fully rely upon them as we don't have any strict norms for them HBTs join and leave anytime as per their wish so our in house staffs play very important role in this.
 
HBTs too make good money and many HBTs who currently work with us draws very handsome salary and it is more than in-house staffs.  We cant hide this factor.

Even employer has to run a Company and in this we are not such type of company that we only suck the blood of with straw of staffs. We try our best to give them comfort as much as we can.

We do have unit at Mira road, whatever the staffs has given the information. I dont have any issue. Many of them are happy with us only rare could not cope up with us but it doesn't mean that they are bad or we are bad. They also want to survive and Company also wants to survive in all situations.

I can only say that employers every time are not bad and employees every time are not right, mutually both grow, they both should understand each others benefit.

I also agree as our Mira Road unit staffs left the job due to late salary as they have their own commitments and all knows how is the life style of Mumbai. Mumbai runs on earnings and any delay in salary can create issue for their commitments for installments.

Nashik unit staffs including myself still work with Blue Matrix and we are very happy with Company and also Company is happy with us.

Employees of Mira Road units are very excellent. I really appreciate them. Blue Matrix is very lucky to get such type of employees but due to some or other reason they have left we don't have any issue because they have explained me the reason for leaving the job. I communicate with them now also and they speak well with me, whatever the bitterness is only of very negligible point but I can say that our company is very professional.

Rajeswara asked you a pertinent question but instead of answering it directly, you tried to turn into a male/female dominance or whatever..

It seems Blue Matrix got complete understanding of the problem women are facing and I/we welcome it by all means if you really do.  Please shed us some light, rather to the struggling women professionals, as to what Blue Matrix offer them with much understanding of their situations/feelings more than what other companies do???

I.e., since they got to take care of family and children, can they work for like an hour and take off for two hours and then back for an hour or two and so on???  If so, it would be much appreciated as it would encourage them to focus on their career and not suppress their feelings as they will be happy with some earnings and simultaneously take care of family members as per your words..  Ain't it?

Finally, it's the truth.. Do you think the employer of Blue Matrix cares about women or is it just you in the HR position think Blue Matrix does and making payment on 25th of next month as mentioned by fellow members here???

For God's sake, just don't make it men/women issue here if Blue Matrix got nothing better to offer..
