Dear friends,

We are a group of MTs/EDITORs with more than 7+ years’ experience. Now our plan to conduct MT training, take vendorship, or give placement to our new MTs, but we don’t have work assurance from any company that provides work to our new MTs or job assurance so that we can give placements to MTs. Also we need proper MT training kit.

If any company is interested in giving such work or assurance, we would be happy to take the opportunity.

I highly doubt you will get one who provides all these things. You need to use the trainees as first level transcribers for your work and train them well.

This is why, many companies take trainees on the basis of a work contract for a given period of time. They will be spending money on them till they become MTs in a hope that they can recoup those investments in the coming years.
