yes, you are absolutely right Mr Binusebastian.  Nuance and Mmodal destroyed the future of medical transcription from the employee viewpoint by monopolising the MT field.  They act like middleman and eat the big part of profit.  Middlemen eat a major part of benefit in agricultural produces acting between farmers and consumers.  In the same way these Nuance and Mmodal act as middlemen between MTs and MT work providing hospital, clinics and doctors and they acquired small and medium level MT companies and brought the MT rates to a very low level.
