That is a paid one and asking for it is illegal. Check 5 free dictionaries from the below post and see if it suits your needs.

Since you are looking for American Heritage that runs on Windows 7, then you may be having other MT softwares that run on Windows 7. Do upload for free distribution to poor Indian MTs who earns in paisas rather than cents.

Since u r looking for a dictitionary, I would suggest you go WordWeb. It is a good dictitionary and once installed it works in the background and work on any program. You just have to select the word and press CTRL+ALT+W to fetch the meaning of that word.
