iData is looking for experienced QAs to function in a leadership role - iDataIMD - 18-11-2015
Title - Team Leader/Shift Coordinator (4 positions) - Reporting to Assistant Manager Operations - confirmation to role after successful completion of 3 months' probation.
Other Career Prospects: Assistant Manager Operations - Reporting to Manager Operations. Candidates selected for the above position will have an opportunity to move on to this higher position based on performance.
This positions will involve day-to-day functioning as below:
• Staff Scheduling/Assignment.
• Production Planning.
• Client/Vendor/Staff communication.
• Live/Offline Audits.
• Live production/Second level edit/issue resolution.
• Publish production/Quality reports for team.
Candidates with prior management experience and currently involved in hands on editing/audits will be preferred.
Experienced QAs with managerial ability may apply.

We have got very few inquiries for the above requirement so far. Hope more eligible candidates will explore this opportunity soon...
These positions have been opened up due to the multiple QAs we have added to team iData during the last 3 months!
QA recruitment is still on and we need at least 15 more QAs urgently.
