Mr. Venu, will you pay if the company does not pay? You collected lot of money by giving pirated MT software CDs with some BMT and other specialty files. I know your history, you are not fit to work in any company, worthless quality, thats the reason you started earning money like this. You fingered almost all the MT professionals in and around Hyderabad and earned lot of money. At least now, I feel you suggest all to join in any other field instead of MT as everyone should need to depend on companies who play cheap tricks in paying out their salaries, no professionalism in MT field. MT sucks. No value if an MT performs well as there is no guarantee of accounts that they do for long years. If a company finds any vendors for cheaper rates, without seeing back they will divert the work to them by adding samples and feedbacks of that accounts, which has been established by the MT professionals since long years.
Poor field and MTs should depend on others/middle man/non-production staff/cheap character managers etc, even if MTs are well qualified also.
Remember one thing, in this field whoever is in good positions like team managers, quality heads, production heads, unit heads, or business heads are all of "good for nothing." The best example is MModal, Hyderabad, yet to know the details of other branches of it all over India.
Thanks for being well in this field with ups and downs, at least support people who are willing to build their career with other best industries where they can survive at least without pressure of LC targets and quality standards. Other fields also have pressure, but this MT pressure is completely different Bcoz even if a person performs well, he should stand silent before other idiotic managers.

Thanks! I went through your comments and really it is very tough for an MT to survive these days. I have experienced a horrible life with MModal, Visakhapatnam; it differs between what they promise at the time of interview and what really they are. Can you please suggest me a company to try for HBT that can pay me according to my work.
